Owing to a large GE Money Bank branch network, as well as over 20 correspondent accounts with foreign banks and participation in the international payments system SWIFT, you can make prompt and operative domestic and international transfers.

 

For the convenience of our clients, we offer various payment options – at GE Money Bank branches and client service centres and using electronic payments. To save you time in banking procedures, you are recommended to use the Internet-Bank GEonline.lv and Telephone Banking.

To save you time paying bills, the Bank undertakes to do it for you, by offering:

  • Standing Order – a client can make regular transfers because the Bank undertakes to automatically transfer the specific amount from the client’s account to another account with GE Money Bank, or an account with another Latvian bank on a specified date.
  • Direct Debit – a client may pay the bills for various services. The Bank undertakes to automatically pay the specified service bills from the client's account.

Transfer time within Latvia does not exceed 1 business day (same-day intra-bank transfers), international transfers within 2-3 business days, but upon your request, the money can be transferred within 1 business day or within several hours (urgent  and express transfers)

 

Whereas the Bank is granted the right to serve the State budget, you can pay customs duties and other taxes.

 

As of 1 May 2004, GE Money Bank offers new international EUR transfer rates to the European Union Member States:

  • 5 LVL, if a transfer is made electronically, using Internet-Bank GEonline.lv
  • 7 LVL, in the event of an ordinary transfer

The rates are valid if the following conditions are met:

  • The payment is made with the EU states
  • The payment does not exceed 12 500 EUR
  • The beneficiary bank's SWIFT code is specified in the payment
  • The beneficiary’s IBAN account number is specified in the payment
  • The payer pays only the GE Money Bank commission for the transfer
