Almost in every country where GE Money or GE Money Bank is represented a Responsibility week is organised. During this week GE Money helps to solve some topical society problem both financially and involving its employees as volunteers.
Also GE Money Bank Latvia has organised such Responsibility weeks and its employees have participated in various social projects.

October 2008 |
Within the framework of the annual “Responsibility week” GE Money Bank in cooperation with local municipalities, taking care of society’s security, in each Latvian region, including Riga, cut out dangerous trees before the storm season beginning. Employees of the Bank participated as volunteers in the joint work of nature tidy up and provided firewood to low income families. |

GE Money invests in development in culture for people with hearing impairments. GE Money presents a sub-titling device to the Latvian National Theatre, thus all that is said on the stage can be seen on the screen. But GE Money employees during the Responsibility week learned basics of the sign language and organised a special evening for people with hearing impairments. |

GE Money organises and supports blood donor movement promotion campaign. GE Money employees donated their blood in the State blood donor centre. |
