  • The goal of GE is securing growth in new developing markets, as well as, from day one, supporting society in the country, where business activities are located.

• Obeying Law and Monitoring

  • Obeying the law and excluding any possibility of GE operations breaching the law is at the heart of GE culture.

• Meeting the Environmental, Health and Safety Requirements

  • When performing business activities and achieving excellent results, GE uses only such means that do not threaten its employees and which also reduce any possible negative impact on the environment.

Corporate social responsibility

GE Foundation

In addition to its business activities, GE is continuously supporting society and especially its less fortunate members. GE Foundation supports society and different educational programmes to increase opportunities for acquiring education and to improve education for children from low-income families and people with mental or physical disabilities.

GE Foundation has received the Opening Minds Corporate Leadership Award from the International Education Institute for investments of GE Foundation into education and development of future leaders. For instance, annually GE Foundation provides 500 students with grants at higher education institutions in 12 states worldwide.

GE Volunteers Foundation

GE employees work as volunteers worldwide to help those, who need it most, and focus their ideas in the field of education, the environment and developing society.

Community charitable organisation GE Volunteers Foundation is created to support work of GE volunteers, where anyone can make donations towards good deeds. GE Volunteers Foundation helps to support these devoted people who act as mentors, teachers, assistants, builders and friends.
